Coaching
1-1 coaching with Miriam begins with an initial no obligation chat to find out more about each other.
Coaching sessions range from 60-120 minutes via zoom or face to face and are focussed on precisely what is stopping you from being all that you know you can be.
Face to Face meetings are held in Hullbridge or at an agreed location within a 5 mile radius for no extra charge.

Miriam provides a variety of custom workshops for schools, tailored to meet the needs of a specific group of children, a child or a whole year group.
Miriam will provide 45-60minute workshops that have clear learning objectives and outcomes, are engaging, interactive and fun.

A four module programme that guides children and teachers through the potentially overwhelming territory of Sats.
Providing the children (and teachers!) with easy to use tools to manage their emotions and fears. To focus on positive and desired outcomes and navigate their internal landscape (thoughts, sensations and emotions).
Well-being and Mental Health workshops
KS2
A programme created following a growing increase in the number of children exhibiting mental health and wellbeing problems in secondary school and a desire to create mental resilience before this stage.
Miriam teaches simple and easy tools, and shares knowledge that will foster an increased awareness of an individuals mental and emotional landscapes, how to relate to, understand, communicate and easily change their experiences instead of trying to hide from them, be ashamed of them, feel confused, isolated, that something is wrong or they need “fixing”.

Outcomes of this programme are:
Ability to complete breath work practices and meditation practices on their own and as a group.
To know when these practices will support them.
To have greater understanding of their mental and emotional experiences and language to communicate them..
The programme will include
Learning simple breath work and meditation practices.
Completing reflection tasks to learn more about themselves and how their internal landscape works, what it is like and how it can be altered to create more joy, choice and empowerment.
Concepts and strategies to relate to and understand emotions and that allows for children to explore safely and gently the full breadth of emotions that they are designed to experience.
Meditation
Miriam is a meditation teacher, providing online and face to face classes as well as prerecorded guided meditations via the free app insight timer.
Miriam prides herself on teaching those people who believe they can’t meditate and that their mind is too busy. Miriam has a variety of methods and strategies to support you.
When we learn to sit with ourselves, to truly be present with ourself, our mind and all that is going on in it we take a big step towards mental and emotional freedom. Creating the potential to move from reacting to responding. Creating space between you and automated reactions.
Learning to meditate is a tool that enables exploration of self, of how you think, behave, and feel. Without this increased awareness of self it is more challenging to notice what you are doing, when you are doing it and realising the precursors. Meditation invites you, over time, to become the observer of yourself, from this point of awareness you have choice in how you respond; to your thoughts, sensations and emotions.
Learning to meditate creates the opportunity for you to become the driver of the bus rather than the passenger.
Miriam offers group face to face meditation classes in Hullbridge and at certain times online. Please get in touch if you are interested to join a group or learn to meditate. 1 -1 sessions are also available
