She will guide you to an increased awareness of self so that you can experience clarity of decision making for what is really right for you and the life you want to live.

Miriam will help you to clarify what is really important to you and then implement a plan to create this.

Miriams priorities
are her family

In Miriam’s life her priorities are her family, as a mum of 3 creating time and space to be a family is critical for everyone’s sanity and creating a nurturing space for everyone. Equally as important is reserving time and energy for her relationships with her husband of 21 years, to ensure they stay connected and well versed in each others lives!

Miriam’s loves are being in nature

Whether it be surrounded by trees, finding pebbles on the beach, taking in a sunset on her paddleboard or the views along a mountain hike Miriam takes time to soak up nature and all it has to offer.

Miriam enjoys expressing her creativity by drawing, painting and doodling, for no other purpose than the joy of creating.

She is learning to play the piano again and delights in this practice and the simple happiness this brings. Miriam also loves to learn and enjoys expanding her mind through listening to podcasts and audio books from a breadth of creators.

Most recently Miriam has invested time heavily in moving her body, enjoying moving meditations and running, walking and hiking.

And finally, Miriam would not be Miriam without spending time laughing and socialising with friends and dancing like no one is watching!
